Booking Policy: A $300 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, payable in cash, check, or credit card.
Venue rule: One parent allowed per guest. Due to the venue’s size, we can only accommodate one guest per visitor. Please let your guests know in advance.
Waiver: A waiver must be signed for all slime and spa parties.
A 3% added to all credit card transactions, and there is no fee for debit.
Book in Advance. We need to know the final number of guests attending your child’s party at least two weeks prior to the event. Please note the guests’ dietary requirements and allergies, and discuss them with us so we can cater accordingly.
Cancellation Policy. All payments must be made in full one week in advance. We’re right to cancel events that have not been paid for promptly. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will gladly reschedule your party if you provide at least two weeks’ notice.
Customization: We are more than happy to create a custom event for the children. We can combine multiple themes or add additional activities and games to make your little one’s birthday party unique and special.
